How our shipping works
To bring you the best gear at the best price, we ship from more than one location. Some items ship from our US warehouse, and some ship directly from our factory in China. The available shipping options and costs for your order are always shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
Multiple warehouses
We fulfill orders from our US warehouse and our factory in China. The exact shipping origin depends on the item in your cart and your destination.
Transparent at checkout
All available shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout — based on your items, weight and destination.
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak periods like Black Friday and the winter holidays, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated by email.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account under My Orders.
If your tracking hasn't updated or something doesn't look right, just reach out to us and we'll look into it for you.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped from China, import duties or taxes may occasionally apply depending on your country and its local rules. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. If you have any questions about a charge, contact us and we'll be glad to help.
Incorrect address or delivery issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery — additional shipping charges may apply.
